It’s time to apply for your 2024 pool passes! Attached are the approved 2024 Pool Rules and below is the information on the process and the link to complete the application.
The pool season for 2024 is as follows:
May 18 – September 22
Open Seven Days A Week from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Completing the Application
All residents wanting to use the pool must complete a pool pass application. To complete the form please click on the following link, https://queenslanding.org/2024-pool-access-wristband-request/, fill out all of the required information and hit submit.
After the application has been reviewed, you will receive a notice advising you if your application has been approved or denied and if denied, the reason for the denial. Please do not procrastinate in completing the application as you will not be able to access the pool area without having done so and the office does need time to process each application.
Receiving Your Passes
Your approved application will provide you a bracelet for each unit resident and two guest pass bracelets that are good for the entire pool season as long as the unit owner and/or renter remains in good standing. Once you have received your approval notice you may pick up the bracelets from the office Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and Fridays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. At that time your fob will be activated to access the pool area effective May 18.
Additional Guest Passes
Additional pool guest passes are sold as packages through the Queen's Landing website. Packages are $15 for 15 weekday passes and $15 for 5 weekend/holiday passes. As a reminder you may have a maximum of 3 additional guests per visit to the pool so while you will be receiving a group of passes, do not use more than 3 per visit. You may purchase more than one package or a combination of packages. Payment is done through the website via Paypal.
If you think you will be having additional guests this pool season it is best to go ahead and purchase the package(s) now as the office does need 3 days to process each request.
