Deck Inspection at Your Unit, Week of April 29 – RESIDENT ACTION REQUIRED

If you are receiving this notice, your building is on the schedule for inspection of decks to be completed by Investigative Inspection Services (IIS) during the week of Monday, April 29, 2024 through Saturday, May 4, 2024 between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, weather dependent.

 

Buildings to be Inspected:

Building 1: Units 1A – 1F Queen Victoria Court

Building 2: Units 2A – 2D Queen Victoria Court

Building 3: Units 3A – 3H Queen Victoria Court

Building 4: Units 4A – 4G Queen Victoria Way

Building 5: Units 5A – 5H Queen Victoria Way

 

RESIDENT ACTION REQUIRED BY 7 AM, MONDAY APRIL 29:

Please make sure your decks and patios are clear enough to allow the investigators the ability to put up ladders, access the deck and complete a full inspection of the decks from the top of the deck as well as underneath.  If you live in a single floor unit and do not have a deck, please note the inspectors will still need to access the patio to inspect the deck above from underneath.  Also, while the inspection is not technically invasive there may be tapping and/or “knocking” on the exterior.  Please know that neither the contractor, nor the Association will be responsible for items left in place that may get broken.
