Deck Inspections to Start, Monday April 29

Please be advised Investigative Inspection Services (IIS) will be starting deck inspections for those units with decks on Monday, April 29, 2024.  This project will take several weeks to complete.  We will be sending notices to the whole community to keep you informed of where the inspectors will be in the upcoming weeks.  In addition, a separate notice will be sent to residents in the buildings to be inspected one week prior to the scheduled inspection so that those residents may properly prepare.


APRIL 29 – MAY 4, 7 AM to 7 PM

IIS will be inspecting decks at Buildings 1, 2, 3 on Queen Victoria Court and Buildings 4 and 5 on Queen Victoria Way, Monday, April 29 through Saturday, May 4 from 7 am to 7 pm, weather permitting.  If you are not sure which building you live in, please note that your unit number indicates the building, ie, 1A is in building 1, 2A is in building 2, etc.
