Mulching & Edging Starts Next Week – DO NOT PARK IN OVERFLOW AREA ON QUEEN GUINEVERE

Good Afternoon QL,

 

Mulching and edging work will start in the community next week.  Usually the mulch is dumped (staged) in the clubhouse parking lot, however, due to the construction work at the clubhouse the landscape company will not be able to use this area but will, instead, stage the mulch in the overflow parking area on Queen Guinevere behind Building 53.  Please do not park in this area after Sunday night through to when mulching is completed and the area cleaned up.  Please note a resident will be having a storage pod delivered in the next couple of days which will be placed in the first space of this overflow area as the resident had been given approval to place the pod in that area prior to notification of need to use area for staging.

 

Currently there is a Uhaul parked in this area.  If this is your Uhaul, please contact the office as you are required to notify the office 3 days prior to having a moving truck, pod, or dumpster delivered/parked in the community.  You can have the Uhaul, you just have to let us know and you must move it from the area by Sunday evening.  Again, please contact the office.
