Stretching with Monica — We are switching things up – today Thursday at 6pm in the Chester Room will be the last stretching class at this time.

 

Classes will move to Saturdays at 10am in the Chester Room starting on 9/17 and will be a 30-minute Yin Yoga Session

 

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures. Postures are held for a couple of minutes each. This yoga gets deep into your connective tissues. Great for beginners and those working on their flexibility.
