If you will not be attending the Annual Meeting in person, and have not yet completed and turned in your proxy, please complete the attached proxy and return to the management office as soon as possible but no later than 5:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2022.
The proxy is NOT a voting instrument – it is for attendance only and meeting quorum. We must meet quorum in order to hold the Annual Meeting and at this time we do not have enough proxies and confirmed attendees to meet quorum.
