Asphalt Work at Queen Anne Way, Queen Guinevere Way, Queen Neva and Queen Elizabeth – TOMORROW!

Good Afternoon QL,

 

Work on Queen Anne Way, Queen Guinevere Way, Queen Neva and Queen Elizabeth is scheduled for tomorrow, August 15.  As a reminder, the pavement is marked indicating the exact areas that asphalt will be removed and replaced. Tomorrow may be a bit of a challenge for residents moving throughout the community so please be sure to plan as necessary.

 

Please take a moment to look at the attached map to see if the area you normally park requires you to back out over one of the areas to be patched. If it is, please make arrangements to park your vehicle in one of the overflow parking areas where no work is being done that day and please do so no later than 6:00 am.  Park a minimum of 2 stalls away from any areas marked for replacement.  If you think you will need to travel out of Queen’s Landing between the hours of 7am and 5 pm you should park in an area that will allow you to do so.  While we have been advised you should be able to get through or around most areas you may not want to take the chance if you have to be some place at a particular time.  Any vehicle parked in an unacceptable area may be towed at vehicle owner expense.  Please note, neither the contractor, nor the Association, is responsible for any damage to vehicles left in an unacceptable area.
