A quick update on pool passes. If you have submitted for your pool pass and it has been approved you will be receiving notification shortly, however, the passes will not be ready for pick up until next week. A follow up email will be sent out with more information as to when passes will be ready for pick up. For those residents who have purchased additional guest passes, those will also be ready for pick up when you pick up your regular passes.
If you submitted an application and you did not include your actual vehicle parking registration numbers you will be receiving a denied notification but if you know you submitted your application and provided filler numbers and not the actual decal numbers you may resubmit your application with the decal numbers. If you need new decals, please click the link Need New Vehicle Decals and provide your Unit Address, Year, Make, Model, Color, License Plate Number and State of Issue. New decals will be assigned and provided to you next week so that you may submit your application for your pool passes.
Rest assured you will receive your pool passes in time for opening day!
