Subject: Your Neighbors Decide How The Community Is Run
Yup, sometimes you hear “the Board” did this or that but that’s really a misunderstanding of how our business operates.
Committees made up of your neighbors do things like:
*Decide on the community rules and regulations
*Decide how and when problems in the community or your unit are fixed
*Decide how much your condo fees are and what they are spent on
Some of these things then may go to the Board for a final vote, but the Board doesn’t come up with these plans on their own, your neighbors do.
