Below is some information regarding the Labor Day Holiday.
Tidewater Property Management Office Hours:
Tidewater Property Management offices, including the Queen’s Landing on site office, will be closing at noon on Friday, September 2nd and will be closed on Monday, September 5th in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. If you have a maintenance emergency during this time, please call 443-548-0191 to reach the Maintenance Emergency On Call Manager.
Happy Hour:
Happy Hour is tomorrow, Friday, September 2nd in the Chester Room starting at 5:30 PM. Bingo will start at 6:30. As always, BYOB and please bring shareable snacks.
Pool Hours:
Thursday, September 1 – 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Friday, September 2 - 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday, September 3 – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Sunday, September 4 – 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Monday, September 5 – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Trash Pick Up Next Week:
Trash pick up will be delayed one day next week so pick up will be on Tuesday, September 6th (please do not put trash out until sunset on Monday) and Saturday, September 10th (please do not put trash out until sunset on Friday). If you need to dispose of trash sooner than these pick up dates, please use the cans provided at the maintenance area. Please place all bagged trash in the cans. Do not place on the ground or on top of the cans. Many times cans located further back are empty so please check the cans in the back before assuming they are full.
Special Notice: Republic Services has notified the office that they have had a worker get hurt due to residents overfilling and/or using fully filled large contractor bags for the curbside pick up. Please do not fill bags to be heavier than what a standard kitchen trash bag can hold which is approximately 10 lbs. If the bags are too heavy they will not pick them up.
