Annual Meeting – WE NEED YOUR PROXY!

Hello QL Unit Owners,

 

At this time, we are woefully short of the number of confirmed attendees and proxies needed to hold the Annual Meeting. If you will not be attending the Annual Meeting, and have not yet turned in your proxy, please stop by the management office to fill one out or complete the attached proxy and return to the management office as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 pm Friday, October 13, 2023.

 

As a reminder, the proxy is NOT a voting instrument but is used for meeting quorum (attendance) only.  Simply put, no quorum, no meeting, no election of board members, so it is very important this be done if you will not be attending the meeting.
