Memorial Day Weekend Notices

With Memorial Day weekend fast approaching (this coming weekend) the office has received a few inquiries about the pool.  On 4/29/2020 a broadcast message was sent to the community advising an optimistic goal for opening the pool was set by the pool management company for June 15.  That is still the information we have and management and the board continue to monitor the situation and will update the community immediately with any new information. So to be clear – the pool is not and will not be open for Memorial Day but we are hopeful June 15 date will be the day.

 

Memorial Day is one of the holidays Republic Services recognizes so there will be no trash pick up on Monday, May 25.  Pick up will be on the following day, Tuesday, May 26.  Friday’s service should not be effected.  As a reminder, please keep the recycle/trash area clean.  Please break down all boxes to be placed in the recycle dumpster and only place those items allowed.  All trash for toters (cans) should be bagged and placed inside a toter, not placed on the ground; and, last but not least, do not use this area to dump paint, furniture, TVs, computers, bikes, grills, etc.

 

Tidewater onsite and main offices will be closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day.  As always if you have a maintenance emergency after hours, weekends or holidays, please call the on call manager at 443-548-0191 and follow the prompts.
