Subject: Vehicle Decal Pick Up After May 9
Many residents registered their vehicles recently and were advised you could pick up your vehicle decals after May 2, however, due to continued construction work in the office area I am not able to be in the office on a consistent basis. To be safe, pick up date for vehicle decals will be after May 9. If you registered your vehicle and received a reply email from me it included your decal number so that you are able to apply for your pool pass as long as you are otherwise in good standing.
If you sent me an email and did not receive a reply with decal information included, please reach out to me again as I had many, many residents that needed to register vehicles and it is possible I missed one or two.
If you have not registered your vehicle(s) and need to do so, please email me the year/make/model/license plate info by clicking this link Register My Vehicle. Also, owners can log on to your portal account, go to My Account, Manage Account and then click on Additional Information to see what we have on file for you. If you see an error please let me know so that we can correct our records.
As a reminder, right now during construction the phone system seems a bit off so the best way to reach me is through email.
