Subject: Clubhouse is A Construction Site and is CLOSED – DO NOT ENTER CONSTRUCTION SITE
Access to the clubhouse was removed for all residents when renovation of the clubhouse started.  Several notices have been sent out and there is a notice posted on the doors of the clubhouse advising it is closed.  If the clubhouse doors are unlocked it is to allows the contractor and their subcontractors access in and out when loading materials or equipment.  Unlocked doors do not mean you can enter the clubhouse and roam throughout the clubhouse.  Those caught doing so  are subject to the violation process including fining and loss of priveleges.  Not only are you creating a liability issue for the Association and the Contractor but you are taking up the contractor’s time when they have to stop and kick you out.

Signs are posted on the fences advising no access as well.  Residents are not allowed to walk in past the fences and look around the outside of the clubhouse and no one should be using the dumpster other than the contractor.

We understand people are excited and curious but NO MEANS NO.
